These terms cover use of the public Alt website. Separate terms will apply if your firm buys or pilots Alt software.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by Alt at https://altcase.co.uk/. Contact: privacy@altcase.co.uk.

2. What Alt is (and is not)

Alt is custom-built operational software for UK immigration practices (case checking, correction, form assembly, document collection workflows). Content on this site is general information about that product.

Alt is not legal advice and does not replace authorised immigration advisers, solicitors, or supervisors. Nothing on this site creates an adviser–client or solicitor–client relationship.

3. Acceptable use

You may browse the site for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that harms availability, misuse booking links, or use the site to send unlawful or abusive communications.

4. Demos and enquiries

Booking a demo does not oblige either side to enter a contract. Any paid engagement will be documented separately (scope, fees, data processing, and security).

5. Intellectual property

Site text, branding, and design are owned by Alt or our licensors. You may not copy the site for commercial reuse without permission. You may link to public pages fairly.

6. Third-party services

Links to Cal.com and other third parties are outside our control. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use those services.

7. Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is”. We aim to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. Outcome figures on the site are illustrative of intended product goals for custom deployments, not guarantees for every firm.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this informational website. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in other UK nations may also rely on mandatory local protections where they apply.
